The Ting Tings debuted the video for former iPod commercial hit and new single “Shut Up and Let Me Go” last Friday on MTV.
I half expected Jay-Z to burst out sometime in the video thanks to what appeared to be “Roc signs” thrown in the air.
Unfortunately, the rapper was no where to be seen. Instead we’re left with a lackluster attempt at a “Seven Nation Army”-esque video with colors I assume would provide a former acid user a flashback.
The iPod commercial was more entertaining, but the song is as catchy as ever.
The English band’s debut album We Started Nothing is in stores now.
